Deadlines

Abstract

The recommended length is 200 - 250 words. Please input abstract into the conference system.

By submitting an abstract to the conference system, author explicitly agrees that the abstract can be used in "Conference Proceedings".

Paper

Format: MS Word 97 and newer (we do not accept papers in PDF format), page A4, margins 20 mm, spacing 1.2 line. 7 pages incl. figures max. Files size 20 MB (in other case please contact conference secretariat). Obligatory template can be downloaded here. 

Please upload full text of your paper into the conference system.

Selected articles will be published in the journal Hutnické listy.

By submitting a paper to the conference system, author explicitly agrees that the paper can be used in "Conference Proceedings".

Conference Proceedings

Before the conference, full text are processed into printed publication “Conference Proceedings“. This publication you will receive at the conference. If author does not provide the full text of the paper, only the abstract will be included in the proceedings.

Presentation

Length of presentation: 20 minutes including discussion. Format: PowerPoint (MS Office 2000 and newer) or Adobe Acrobat, font sizes 40, basic text app. 30, min. 20. Aspect ratio 16:9. File size max. 50 MB. Presentations should be clear, legible, so that texts, pictures, graphs, tables and equations were clearly visible from a distance.

Please name file of your presentation:
surname_conference_titleofpaper.* (the first 10 symbols of title) and upload it to the conference system.
